Neither. RecruitGo is an Employer of Record. We hire your team member as a full-time employee through our registered Indonesian entity. They receive BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, THR (religious holiday allowance), annual leave, and all statutory benefits. This is compliant employment, not a contractor arrangement.

No. Your employee is based in Indonesia and employed under Indonesian labor law through our entity. Australian superannuation, Fair Work Act provisions, and payroll tax do not apply. You pay one monthly invoice to RecruitGo, which is a B2B service payment and typically a deductible business expense in Australia.

No. Setting up a PT PMA requires IDR 10 billion in total investment and takes 6-10 weeks through BKPM/OSS. Our entity is the legal employer, which skips that process entirely. You manage the employee's work. We handle everything else: contract, payroll, tax filing, BPJS enrollment, and compliance.
