No. Our entity is the legal employer. You manage the employee's work. We handle everything else: contract, payroll, tax filing, benefits, and compliance.

Yes. If you already have a candidate, we onboard them directly. If you need help finding someone, our recruitment team sources and screens candidates for you.

We handle termination in compliance with Philippine labor law, including proper notice, clearance, and any final pay obligations. You are never exposed to wrongful dismissal claims because the employment is structured correctly from day one.
