Employer costs on top of salary range from roughly 8% in the UAE to 50% in Brazil depending on statutory requirements.

A staffing agency finds and places candidates temporarily. An EOR permanently employs people you have already selected. A PEO co-employs workers where you already have an entity. If you do not have a legal entity in the target country, you need an EOR.

You do. RecruitGo's contracts include IP assignment clauses transferring all work product ownership to your company. This should be non-negotiable with any EOR provider you evaluate.
